Free concerts mark opening

A WEEK of free entertainment is being staged for neighbours of the 02 in Greenwich to mark its opening.
There will be mixture of lunchtime and evening events starting next Monday, following the official opening this Sunday.
The entertainment kicks off with a performance by Simon Webbe and other lunchtime sessions will feature Mutya Buena and Jason Donovan.
Every performance will be on a first-come-first-served basis to people living in Greenwich borough, apart from Snow Patrol.
Greenwich and Canary Wharf residents and workers have been given the chance to purchase discounted tickets to see the indie rockers on June 27.
There is a free concert by The Marley Brothers, sons of Bob Marley, who will play songs from their late father's Creation album.

Visitors will get a chance to take part in a sparring session with Olympic silver medalist Amir Khan.
The week will end with a 500-seater screening of Die Hard 4.0.
Proof of address may be asked for before each event.
