HELL'S Kitchen reject Lee Ryan has served up a Michelin three-starred rant against TV chef Marco Pierre White.
The singer—who got the chop from the hit ITV1 show—branded him an "arrogant t***" who used rudeness and bullying to boost his ego.
Lee, 24, reached boiling point after a blazing row with Marco over what has been branded ‘pikey-gate'.
And in his first interview since leaving Hell's Kitchen, the ex-boyband star stormed: "I know Marco made Gordon Ramsay cry once but I wouldn't cry over him."
Earlier this week White was heard telling celebrity contestants: "I don't think it was a pikey's picnic tonight," referring to the diners.
Lee asked Marco not to repeat the word—a slang term for gipsies and travellers. But the chef used it three times—prompting the Commission for Racial Equality yesterday to call for him to apologise.
Lee, who grew up in Plumstead, south-east London, among families with traveller backgrounds, said: "Pikey is a bullying word because it puts people down. It's important to make a show of bullies like I did with Marco."
The ex-Blue star also insists the show made it look like he'd walked out after rowing with Marco in his office.
He said: "I got kicked out but it was edited to make it look the other way.
"They left out the bit where I asked Marco, ‘Do you want me off the show?' and he said, ‘Yes'."
And he reckons producers have toned down Marco's moodiness. "The bad way he spoke to people wasn't shown. He once said to me, ‘Go away, I don't want to talk to you' when I only wanted to ask a question."
Lee also slated fellow contestant Jim Davidson, 53, for being homophobic towards gay TV presenter Brian Dowling.
The comic wondered if Brian was put in charge of puddings because he was gay. "Jim also asked Brian whether he was sleeping in the girls' room. Brian's the nicest guy on the show and I know he cried a couple of times because of the hassle he was getting."
Lee also revealed Davidson, who has secretly threatened to quit, was hauled before show bosses for making racist jokes off camera. "They were a bit near the mark and the producers gave him a right b******ing for that."
He added: "Once he was telling a rude joke about women and Barry (McGuigan) didn't want to listen. He walked away and I respected that. He's a nice man and I think he's got a good chance of winning."
Lee, who is working on a new album, was most disappointed by fellow singer Paul Young who didn't back him in a row with Jim. "He used to date my mum," he said. "I felt really let down. And he wasn't very chatty either. I thought he'd be more of a livewire."
But he had no complaints with the girls, especially saucy model Abbey Clancy, 21. He said: "She's the sexiest...a classy, sophisticated and lovely lady."
Kelly LeBrock, 47, is also a fave after starring in one of Lee's top films, Weird Science. "I almost kissed her. She's got loads of sex appeal too."
And he reckons soap star Adele Silva, 26, is the sharpest contestant. Anneka Rice, 48, is the most nervous—"she's like a startled rabbit"—and Rosie Boycott, 56, is "sweet but dull".
As for Marco...it seems he's just a bit off.
